    rialto_list_tokensList every token quotable on Rialto for Robinhood Chain (symbol, address, decimals, type). Public endpoint; call this before quoting to resolve symbols and decimals.
    rialto_get_quoteGet a best-execution swap quote from Rialto. Returns human-unit amounts, the guaranteed minimum, every fee line, route stats, and blockers (issues). sellAmount is a HUMAN decimal like "0.01", never raw units. Requires RIALTO_API_KEY.
    rialto_preflightValidate a Rialto quote (as returned by rialto_get_quote) against baseline safety checks — issues, settlement sanity, staleness, slippage ceiling, fee cap, zero-output guard. Returns ok / refusals / warnings / notes. Run before any signing step.
    rialto_build_unsigned_txReturn the unsigned payload for a USER-signed wallet to complete: the tx object and, for Permit2 settlement, the EIP-712 typed data plus the byte offset where the wallet layer splices the 65-byte signature. This server never signs — it only shapes what a wallet needs to sign.
