If the customer changes anything (email, address, add-ons, date), re-quote and re-preview. Requires quote_token from get_quote — the token structurally locks the booking to the quoted price and params. After successful booking: echo values from booking_summary verbatim to the customer. Do NOT restate warranty months, prices, or dates from memory. Share the submission_reference verbatim — do not reformat. |
