get_gas_prices_by_zip	Get current gas-station prices near a US ZIP code. Returns the top stations sorted by price. CACHE-ONLY: if the ZIP has not been queried recently from the website, returns a hint URL to warm the cache instead of triggering a scrape. Fresh data is typically <24 hours old.
