Build, train and install a voice + chat AI agent for a business website: read the site into a knowledge base, create and style the widget, and get the one-line install code.

Sign in with your FALA account when you connect (a free account is created in the same window if you don't have one). You approve exactly what the agent may do: read-only, build, or publish. Installing the widget on a live site still needs the site owner to accept the install terms in FALA.

Как подключить FALA к Claude

Адрес сервера, который нужно вставить в настройках Claude:

Откройте Claude (сайт claude.ai или приложение для компьютера).
Перейдите в Настройки → Коннекторы (в английском интерфейсе: Settings → Connectors).
Нажмите Добавить пользовательский коннектор (Add custom connector).
Вставьте адрес сервера, скопированный ниже, в поле URL удалённого MCP-сервера и нажмите Добавить.
В чате нажмите + → Коннекторы и включите новый коннектор.

Пользовательские коннекторы доступны на тарифах Free, Pro, Max, Team и Enterprise. На Free можно добавить только один. В Team и Enterprise коннектор сначала добавляет владелец организации в Настройки организации → Коннекторы.

Авторизация

После нажатия Добавить откроется окно входа в сервис. Войдите под своим аккаунтом и подтвердите доступ. Пароль Claude не видит.

Как подключить FALA к ChatGPT

Адрес сервера, который нужно вставить в настройках ChatGPT:

Откройте ChatGPT в браузере (chatgpt.com). Нужен тариф Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise или Edu.
Один раз включите режим разработчика: Настройки → Приложения → Дополнительные настройки → Режим разработчика (Settings → Apps → Advanced settings → Developer mode).
Откройте Настройки → Коннекторы и нажмите Создать (Create).
Заполните форму: Название (любое), Описание (одна фраза, что делает сервис), URL MCP-сервера (скопируйте ниже).
В поле Аутентификация выберите OAuth, если сервис требует вход, иначе Нет. Нажмите Создать.
В новом чате откройте + → Приложения/Коннекторы и включите коннектор.

Название раздела у OpenAI менялось (Connectors → Apps/Plugins). Если пункт называется иначе, ищите «режим разработчика» в настройках. В рабочих пространствах Business/Enterprise администратор должен разрешить пользовательские коннекторы.

Авторизация

При первом использовании ChatGPT откроет окно входа в сервис. Войдите и подтвердите доступ.

Как подключить FALA к Cursor

Адрес сервера, который нужно вставить в настройках Cursor:

Быстрый способ: нажмите кнопку Открыть в Cursor ниже, Cursor сам предложит добавить сервер.

Вручную:

В Cursor откройте Settings → Cursor Settings → MCP и нажмите Add new global MCP server.
Вставьте JSON, скопированный ниже, в открывшийся файл ~/.cursor/mcp.json (для одного проекта: .cursor/mcp.json в корне проекта).
Сохраните файл. Сервер появится в списке MCP; при необходимости пройдите авторизацию по кнопке рядом с ним.

Если сервис требует вход, рядом с сервером в списке MCP появится кнопка авторизации.

whoami	Start here. The workspace this key acts on: plan and limits, your role and scopes, what already exists, and whether the install terms are on record.
list_brands	Every brand (a business website) in the workspace, with its knowledge bases and widgets.
create_brand_from_website	Read a business website: capture its name, logo, colours and tone as a brand, create its knowledge base, and start reading every page into it in the background. Re-running on the same site refreshes the brand. Then poll get_knowledge_status until the site has been read.
list_knowledge_bases	Knowledge bases with their document counts and pending (unpublished) documents.
get_knowledge_status	What the agent knows so far: pages read, the facts it learned, the topics still missing, and whether it is still reading the website.
add_knowledge	Teach the agent something the website does not say (hours, policies, pricing details). On a widget already live on the site it is STAGED until publish_widget; otherwise it is used immediately.
ask_knowledge_base	Test what the agent would find for a visitor's question (includes staged, unpublished knowledge — the dashboard's Test box).
list_unanswered_questions	Questions visitors asked that the knowledge base could not answer — the best list of what to add with add_knowledge.
list_widgets	Widgets with their look (unpublished changes applied), install state and domain lock.
create_widget	Create the brand's voice + chat widget, wired to its knowledge base and locked to its website. A brand has one widget: if it already has one, that widget is returned (reused_existing) unless create_another is true.
update_widget_look	Change how the widget looks. On a widget already live on the site the change is STAGED (visitors keep the old look) until publish_widget; on a widget not installed yet it applies directly. Send only what changes.
publish_widget	Put staged look changes and pending knowledge live on the website. Idempotent: with nothing staged it changes nothing.
allow_domain	Let the widget run on another site (subdomains included). Widgets are locked to their brand's website by default.
get_install_code	The one-line install code plus step-by-step placement instructions for a coding agent. Requires the install terms to be on record: if they are not, returns agreement_required with a link the workspace owner or an admin must open themselves — you cannot agree on their behalf.
check_install	Whether the widget has loaded on the real website, where, and whether it is switched on for visitors. The only source for saying it is live.
