EQIQs brings working-style and compatibility insights into Claude. Managers and coaches can take or send a short assessment, compare two people, get a read on a team of up to 12, prepare for meetings with tips that fit the meeting's goal, and see who is best placed to lead a given project. Results draw on 21 frameworks, including DISC, Big Five and MBTI-style preferences. Work views automatically hide personal-life data such as love language, attachment style and date of birth. EQIQs supports decisions. It is not for making hiring decisions and should never be the only basis for one. Invited people are told clearly who will see their results.

Как подключить EQIQs к Claude

Адрес сервера, который нужно вставить в настройках Claude:

  1. Откройте Claude (сайт claude.ai или приложение для компьютера).
  2. Перейдите в Настройки → Коннекторы (в английском интерфейсе: Settings → Connectors).
  3. Нажмите Добавить пользовательский коннектор (Add custom connector).
  4. Вставьте адрес сервера, скопированный ниже, в поле URL удалённого MCP-сервера и нажмите Добавить.
  5. В чате нажмите + → Коннекторы и включите новый коннектор.

Пользовательские коннекторы доступны на тарифах Free, Pro, Max, Team и Enterprise. На Free можно добавить только один. В Team и Enterprise коннектор сначала добавляет владелец организации в Настройки организации → Коннекторы.

Авторизация

После нажатия Добавить откроется окно входа в сервис. Войдите под своим аккаунтом и подтвердите доступ. Пароль Claude не видит.

Как подключить EQIQs к ChatGPT

Адрес сервера, который нужно вставить в настройках ChatGPT:

  1. Откройте ChatGPT в браузере (chatgpt.com). Нужен тариф Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise или Edu.
  2. Один раз включите режим разработчика: Настройки → Приложения → Дополнительные настройки → Режим разработчика (Settings → Apps → Advanced settings → Developer mode).
  3. Откройте Настройки → Коннекторы и нажмите Создать (Create).
  4. Заполните форму: Название (любое), Описание (одна фраза, что делает сервис), URL MCP-сервера (скопируйте ниже).
  5. В поле Аутентификация выберите OAuth, если сервис требует вход, иначе Нет. Нажмите Создать.
  6. В новом чате откройте + → Приложения/Коннекторы и включите коннектор.

Название раздела у OpenAI менялось (Connectors → Apps/Plugins). Если пункт называется иначе, ищите «режим разработчика» в настройках. В рабочих пространствах Business/Enterprise администратор должен разрешить пользовательские коннекторы.

Авторизация

При первом использовании ChatGPT откроет окно входа в сервис. Войдите и подтвердите доступ.

Как подключить EQIQs к Cursor

Адрес сервера, который нужно вставить в настройках Cursor:

Быстрый способ: нажмите кнопку Открыть в Cursor ниже, Cursor сам предложит добавить сервер.

Вручную:

  1. В Cursor откройте Settings → Cursor Settings → MCP и нажмите Add new global MCP server.
  2. Вставьте JSON, скопированный ниже, в открывшийся файл ~/.cursor/mcp.json (для одного проекта: .cursor/mcp.json в корне проекта).
  3. Сохраните файл. Сервер появится в списке MCP; при необходимости пройдите авторизацию по кнопке рядом с ним.

Если сервис требует вход, рядом с сервером в списке MCP появится кнопка авторизации.

invite_personCreate a private invite link for someone to take the EQIQs assessment and compare with the user. Finishing the assessment is their consent to share results. Optionally emailed by EQIQs; otherwise the link is returned to hand over. Limited to 10 invites per hour; no self-invites or opted-out addresses. Costs 1 unit.
list_invitesList comparison invites the user has sent and each one's status: pending, clicked, started or completed. Read-only; costs 1 unit.
score_teamScore a whole group in one call: every pairing is rolled up into a team cohesion score (visual card), the weakest shared dimension, the best-connected person, who is most isolated, pairings to watch (<55) and anchor pairings (75+), and the role mix with what is missing. Use instead of looping score_compatibility for 3+ people. Decision-support only. Read-only; costs 2 units.
start_assessmentGet the questions for one EQIQs framework so the user can take it inside the chat. Ask them one at a time, word for word, accepting only A or B. Call with no framework to list what the user has not completed yet. Personal frameworks (attachment, love language) need the user's explicit consent. Read-only; costs 1 unit.
submit_assessmentScore the answers collected via start_assessment with EQIQs' own scoring and save the result to the signed-in user's profile (overwrites an earlier result for that framework). Returns the result in plain language. Costs 1 unit.
prep_meetingBuild a meeting prep brief for 1-12 attendees: how to communicate with and persuade each person, and which pairings in the room need care. Name attendees or pass a department. Read-only; costs 2 units.
suggest_leadRank 2-12 people for leading a kind of work (execution, people, innovation or analysis), showing the saved results behind each ranking and any thin data. Use for 'who should lead this project?'. Decision-support only. Read-only; costs 2 units.
generate_narrativePremium: write a plain-language coaching narrative for one person, or for a pair when compare_with is given, synthesized from all 21 frameworks. Business context stays on working behavior only. Slower than other tools. Costs 5 units.
