  • Get Fundamentals: Normalized income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow for a US-listed ticker, parsed from SEC EDGAR XBRL. Counts as one request on the Edgrapi plan.
  • Get Ratios: Margins, returns (ROE/ROA), leverage and liquidity ratios for a ticker, derived from SEC EDGAR fundamentals. Price-based ratios (P/E, P/B) excluded.
  • Get Company: CIK, legal name, SIC industry, fiscal-year end, exchanges and website for a ticker, resolved from SEC EDGAR submissions.

US government data for AI agents, as clean JSON on one key. Federal contract opportunities from SAM.gov, awards and spending from USAspending, grant opportunities from Grants.gov, and congressional stock trades from House STOCK Act disclosures. SEC EDGAR is included too: Form 4 insider trades, 8-K material events, 13F fund holdings, 13D/13G stakes, normalized fundamentals and ratios, XBRL-to-JSON, filings, 10-K/10-Q sections and full-text search.

The data is free at the source. Getting it out is the work: SAM.gov keys take a while and then cap your day, USAspending wants a request body you have to learn, Grants.gov has its own conventions, and every source returns a different shape. Edgrapi normalizes them and links each record back to the official source.

Data is as fresh as each source publishes it. Congressional trades run up to 45 days behind by law, report dollar ranges rather than exact amounts, and cover the House only for now.
