- Submit Scrape: Start a new lead-scraping job. Async — returns a job id immediately. Poll get_scrape_status to track progress, then call get_scrape_results when status is 'done'.
- Get Scrape Status: Get the current status of a scrape job. Returns status (pending/submitted/running/done/failed/cancelled) plus a progress fraction (0–1).
- Get Scrape Results: Fetch the leads collected by a finished scrape job. Returns an empty array if the job is not yet done. Idempotent — first successful call may finalize billing.
