Как подключить AggREIgator Pro к Claude

Адрес сервера, который нужно вставить в настройках Claude:

  1. Откройте Claude (сайт claude.ai или приложение для компьютера).
  2. Перейдите в Настройки → Коннекторы (в английском интерфейсе: Settings → Connectors).
  3. Нажмите Добавить пользовательский коннектор (Add custom connector).
  4. Вставьте адрес сервера, скопированный ниже, в поле URL удалённого MCP-сервера и нажмите Добавить.
  5. В чате нажмите + → Коннекторы и включите новый коннектор.

Пользовательские коннекторы доступны на тарифах Free, Pro, Max, Team и Enterprise. На Free можно добавить только один. В Team и Enterprise коннектор сначала добавляет владелец организации в Настройки организации → Коннекторы.

Авторизация

После нажатия Добавить откроется окно входа в сервис. Войдите под своим аккаунтом и подтвердите доступ. Пароль Claude не видит.

Как подключить AggREIgator Pro к ChatGPT

Адрес сервера, который нужно вставить в настройках ChatGPT:

  1. Откройте ChatGPT в браузере (chatgpt.com). Нужен тариф Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise или Edu.
  2. Один раз включите режим разработчика: Настройки → Приложения → Дополнительные настройки → Режим разработчика (Settings → Apps → Advanced settings → Developer mode).
  3. Откройте Настройки → Коннекторы и нажмите Создать (Create).
  4. Заполните форму: Название (любое), Описание (одна фраза, что делает сервис), URL MCP-сервера (скопируйте ниже).
  5. В поле Аутентификация выберите OAuth, если сервис требует вход, иначе Нет. Нажмите Создать.
  6. В новом чате откройте + → Приложения/Коннекторы и включите коннектор.

Название раздела у OpenAI менялось (Connectors → Apps/Plugins). Если пункт называется иначе, ищите «режим разработчика» в настройках. В рабочих пространствах Business/Enterprise администратор должен разрешить пользовательские коннекторы.

Авторизация

При первом использовании ChatGPT откроет окно входа в сервис. Войдите и подтвердите доступ.

Как подключить AggREIgator Pro к Cursor

Адрес сервера, который нужно вставить в настройках Cursor:

Быстрый способ: нажмите кнопку Открыть в Cursor ниже, Cursor сам предложит добавить сервер.

Вручную:

  1. В Cursor откройте Settings → Cursor Settings → MCP и нажмите Add new global MCP server.
  2. Вставьте JSON, скопированный ниже, в открывшийся файл ~/.cursor/mcp.json (для одного проекта: .cursor/mcp.json в корне проекта).
  3. Сохраните файл. Сервер появится в списке MCP; при необходимости пройдите авторизацию по кнопке рядом с ним.

Если сервис требует вход, рядом с сервером в списке MCP появится кнопка авторизации.

get_buy_boxReturn the authenticated buyer's current buy-box: markets, strategies, property types, condition range and per-strategy price/ARV/cash-flow bounds. Read-only.
update_buy_boxReplace the authenticated buyer's buy-box. Requires at least ONE market AND at least ONE strategy — below that floor the buyer is invisible to matching, so the update is refused and nothing is written. Markets in states we do not operate in are dropped. The buyer is emailed that this connection changed their buy-box.
get_dealsReturn the deals owned by the authenticated wholesaler's company, newest first. Depth is capped by the account's plan tier. Read-only.
create_deal_draftRead a deal package the AGENT already has (a signed purchase agreement, scan or photo) and create a DRAFT deal from it. The document is passed as base64 — we do not fetch it, and we never touch the agent's own storage. It lands as a DRAFT and is NOT submitted. The response returns `merged` (the full stored field set) and `missing_for_submit` (the exact gaps that would block submit_deal, computed by the SAME check submit_deal runs) — resolve those, then submit. Two gaps are documents, not prefill values: if `missing_for_submit` lists `photos`, attach them with add_deal_photos (from a shared Drive folder); if it lists `assignment_contract`, attach the signed PDF with add_assignment_contract. Accepted document types: application/pdf, application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document, image/jpeg, image/png, image/webp. Counts against the account's 30 document reads per day.
update_deal_draftSet or overwrite plain fields on an EXISTING draft — the way to resolve a field in create_deal_draft's `missing_for_submit` WITHOUT creating a second draft. Pass only the fields you're changing in `fields` (each value a STRING); they are MERGED onto the draft's current data (they do not replace it). The response returns the updated `merged` set and a fresh `missing_for_submit` — repeat until it is empty, then submit. NOTE: `photos` and `assignment_contract` are NOT plain fields — use add_deal_photos / add_assignment_contract for those; a value passed here for them is stored but cannot satisfy the gate. Use get_deals / create_deal_draft to get the dealId.
add_deal_photosAttach the mandatory property photos to a DRAFT deal. This is how you resolve a `photos` entry in create_deal_draft's `missing_for_submit`: a prefill string or a photo URL can never satisfy it — real image bytes must land in our storage. Give the photos ONE of two ways: (a) `images` — the photo bytes directly, each base64-encoded (the simplest if you already have the files); or (b) `driveUrl` — a shared Google Drive FOLDER (share it with our service account or set it to 'Anyone with the link', else you'll get `cant-access-folder`; sub-folders aren't scanned). JPG / PNG / WebP / HEIC are accepted (HEIC is converted). With `driveUrl` we import ONE batch per call — if the response has `remaining` > 0, call again with the SAME folder (idempotent, never duplicates). Use get_deals / create_deal_draft to get the dealId.
add_assignment_contractAttach the executed assignment contract (the signed PDF) to a DRAFT deal. This is how you resolve an `assignment_contract` entry in create_deal_draft's `missing_for_submit`: it is a server-stored document, so a prefill string cannot satisfy it. Pass the contract as base64 in `content` — the SAME bytes you passed to create_deal_draft if that document WAS the signed contract. We store it and run the state's required-language scan (#347): the scan only EVIDENCES — it never approves, and if the state requires language the contract is missing, submit_deal will block with the specifics. Attaching always succeeds; the verdict is enforced at submit. Use get_deals / create_deal_draft to get the dealId. Accepted types: application/pdf, application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document, image/jpeg, image/png; max 25 MB.
submit_dealSubmit a DRAFT deal into the pipeline. It must pass EVERY compliance check first — a prohibited state, a market we're not in, a missing mandatory field (photos included), a missing assignment contract, or contract language the state requires all BLOCK the submission, and the deal stays a DRAFT. If a gate blocks, the reason is returned so the user can fix it; the agent must NOT try to bypass it. Use get_deals to find the deal id.
revise_dealArchive a SUBMITTED (or reprocessed) deal and replace it with a new DRAFT carrying the supplied changes. The original moves to Dead in the CRM and is pulled from disposition, revoking any buyer links. Use get_deals to find the deal id. A reason is REQUIRED and must be one of: sold_elsewhere, price_change, terms_change, fell_through, other — do not invent one; ask the user which applies.
create_sourcing_requestAsk the AggREIgator team to actively source a deal in one of your buy-box markets, on a clock. Portal-only — does not write to any CRM.
deposit_compDeposit an ADVISORY, sourcing-grade desk comp back to the member's calculator for an address they are evaluating. It is a sourcing second opinion — NEVER AggREIgator's valuation, and it never feeds the calculator's ARV or score. Keyed on the address; you do NOT pass a request id. If you could not source genuine sold comps, still call it with arv_point:null — a no-number result is recorded, never a fabricated figure.
