It rejects ordinary fact lookups, pure prophecy, fortune, hidden facts, traditional liuyao, and high-stakes professional replacement. It returns research_required, needs_detail, or out_of_scope, plus the autonomous agent's next step. A needs_detail response means the agent should extract or research objective, options, constraints, success criteria, and current evidence; it does not require a human reply when authorized sources are available. |
