calculate_mortgage	Calculates monthly mortgage payments, total interest paid, and loan totals.
compare_mortgage_schedules	Compares a baseline mortgage payoff (no extra payments) against one or more named custom payment scenarios, e.g. an extra $500 every 2 weeks, or a $10,000 lump sum the first month of every year. Returns total interest paid and payoff timeline for each scenario, plus interest and time saved versus the baseline.
calculate_credit_card_payoff	Calculates how long it takes to pay off credit card debt with a fixed monthly payment, including total interest and a year-by-year schedule.
calculate_investment_growth	Projects compound investment growth for one or more accounts, with support for tax-deferred (401k/IRA), Roth, and annually-taxed brokerage accounts. Accounts may include per-period model_rules overrides.
calculate_net_worth	Calculates current net worth from assets and liabilities, with optional multi-year projections that model investment growth and debt paydown.
list_budgets	Lists the user's budgets, each with its items (categories) and recent expenses, including budgeted vs. spent vs. remaining amounts.
create_budget	Creates a new budget with one or more items (categories). Each item tracks a budgeted amount that expenses are later recorded against.
rename_budget	Renames an existing budget.
edit_budget	Edits a budget's total amount and/or date range. To add, remove, or resize categories, use add_budget_category / remove_budget_category / update_budget_category. To rename a budget, use rename_budget.
add_budget_category	Adds a new item (category) to an existing budget.
update_budget_category	Updates an existing budget item's (category's) budgeted amount, name, category label, or frequency. Identify the category by name (fuzzy match) rather than an internal id.
remove_budget_category	Removes an item (category) and its expenses from a budget.
list_budget_expense_categories	Returns the standard list of expense categories in WealthTools. Call this before recording or categorizing an expense so you can pick the best matching standard category (Housing, Transportation, Food & Dining, Utilities, Healthcare, Entertainment, Shopping, Personal Care, Education, Debt Payments, Savings, Investments, Other).
record_budget_expense	Records a new expense against a budget category, e.g. "I spent 20 bucks this week on eating out." The category field must match one of the standard expense categories — call list_budget_expense_categories if unsure which to use. If the user hasn't said what to call the expense, ask them before calling this tool. Returns the category's and budget's updated spent/remaining totals.
edit_budget_expense	Edits a previously recorded budget expense's amount and/or description. Returns the category's and budget's updated spent/remaining totals.
request_budget_collaborator	Creates a shareable link to a budget and emails a collaboration invite containing it to the given address, so someone else can view and edit the budget.
