Türkiye İlaç ve Tıbbi Cihaz Kurumu (TİTCK) açık ilaç verileri için read-only Streamable HTTP MCP sunucusu. Ruhsatlı ilaçlar, fiyat listeleri, ATC/SNOMED eşlemeleri, güvenlilik dokümanları, geri çekme/iptal kayıtları, firma portföyleri ve yardımcı regülasyon veri setlerinde 56 araç sunar. OAuth 2.1 ile korunur ve Google Cloud Run üzerinde çalışır.

| get_icd10_maps_for_substance | Return SNOMED CT International ICD-10 map rows for a concept. NOTE: SNOMED CT's ICD-10 map module targets `finding`/`disorder` concepts almost exclusively; substance concepts (e.g. paracetamol 384977007) typically have no map rows. The response includes a `note` explaining when zero maps is the expected SNOMED behavior, so callers don't mistake an empty list for a bug. |
| search_active_ingredients | Search TITCK's `Etkin Madde Listesi` — the **active-ingredient REGISTRATION PIPELINE** (ingredients in the open TR licensing process). Each row carries an `application_count` (also surfaced as `product_count` for backwards compatibility) which is the number of distinct authorization applications currently on file for that ingredient. NOTE: presence here is a pipeline signal — it does NOT mean the ingredient is approved or available on the TR market. For currently-authorized products use search_drugs / get_drug; for withdrawn ones use search_authorization_cancellations. |
| find_active_ingredients_for_drug | Given a TITCK barcode or master record id, link the product to entries in the `Etkin Madde Listesi` registration-pipeline list using its ingredient names. A non-empty link means the product's ingredient is currently in TR licensing pipeline (open dossier); an empty link is normal for fully settled / long-approved ingredients. |

| get_dataset_overlap | Return Jaccard / coverage rows between TITCK datasets. With no args, returns the full matrix across every comparison field; pass `slug_a` / `slug_b` to narrow to a dataset or pair, and `field` (e.g. 'barcode', 'active_ingredient') to filter the comparison axis. |

| summarize_substance | Composite single-call summary of a SNOMED CT substance concept: SNOMED FSN + preferred term + ICD-10 maps + count of TITCK products containing the substance + top-5 ATC codes used + 3 sample products. Replaces 4 separate lookups (concept, ICD-10, ATC, products). |
| find_shared_substance_peers | List other TITCK products that share at least one SNOMED CT substance concept with the source product. Use this to surface duplicate-therapy / polypharmacy candidates and substitution peers. NOT a clinical drug-drug interaction database — only a substance-overlap signal. Always verify true DDIs via a licensed pharmacology source (Lexicomp, UpToDate, DrugBank). |
| find_drug_drug_interactions | DEPRECATED ALIAS — use `find_shared_substance_peers` instead. The former name was misleading: this tool is a substance-overlap precursor, NOT a clinical DDI database. Behaviour is identical to find_shared_substance_peers. |
| get_atc_class_summary | Aggregate snapshot of an ATC class (prefix or exact code, e.g. 'N02BE' or 'J01CR'). Returns product count, in-market vs passive split, price spread (min/avg/median/max TRY), top-5 holders, prescription-code breakdown, manufacture-origin split, and top-5 SNOMED substances. |
| get_withdrawal_trend | Year-over-year aggregation of TITCK authorization cancellations. Returns total, by-year buckets, top holders by cancellation count, and manufacture-origin split. Use year_from / year_to to narrow the window. |
| compare_drug_to_alternatives | Compare a TITCK product to its same-substance + same-ATC peers. Returns the source record plus a unified alternatives list with price delta, manufacture origin, holder, in-market, and reimbursement status. Useful for buyer / pharmacist substitution decisions. |
| get_holder_portfolio | Marketing-authorization-holder roll-up: matched holder name variants, total + in-market product counts, top-10 ATC classes by product count, and a paginated top-products list. Substring match is case- and diacritic-insensitive. |
| search_holders | Search the canonical marketing-authorization-holder (firma) store. Each hit is a deduplicated firm collapsed across all spelling variants (e.g. 'DEVA HOLDİNG A.Ş.', 'DEVA HOLDING' → one Holder). Filter by has_in_market or min_products to focus on active firms. |
| get_holder | Fetch a canonical Holder by holder_id (e.g. 'holder::abc123def456') or by exact alias text (case-sensitive — preserves Turkish typography). Returns full entity with GLN, VAT, alias list, product / in-market / ATC class counts. |

| find_first_in_class | Return the earliest authorization within an ATC class (prefix-matched) and the count of follow-on entries. Useful for first-in-class history and innovator-vs-follower differentiation. |
| compare_holders | Side-by-side comparison of two marketing-authorization holders' TR portfolios: shared and unique ATC classes, top-5 ATC concentrations, median retail price, in-market split. Routes through canonical Holder store so spelling variants resolve to one entity per side. |
| find_biosimilar_group | Return same-SNOMED-substance peers ordered oldest-first; flag the earliest-authorized member as `is_likely_originator=true`. PROXY for biosimilar / originator detection — TITCK does not publish an explicit marker, so this is a heuristic derived from substance overlap and authorization_date. Verify against EMA / FDA historical record for clinical-grade decisions. |
