search_drugsFull-text search across barcode-primary TITCK master drug records. Matches product name, active ingredient, barcode, ATC, firm, and SNOMED terms.
get_drugFetch a single TITCK master drug record by barcode or stable record_id. Returns typed price/regulatory fields, SNOMED ingredients, and source_fields.
search_by_substanceFind all TITCK master drug records that contain a SNOMED CT substance. Use either concept_id for exact matching or name for lexical matching.
search_by_atcFind TITCK master drug records by ATC code. A 7-character ATC code is exact; shorter values are treated as prefixes/classes.
get_drug_snomed_profileReturn the full TITCK master record plus SNOMED/ATC summary for one barcode.
find_equivalent_products_by_substanceGiven a barcode, find other TITCK products sharing at least one SNOMED substance concept. Useful for active-ingredient equivalents; it does not imply exact therapeutic equivalence.
get_icd10_maps_for_substanceReturn SNOMED CT International ICD-10 map rows for a concept. NOTE: SNOMED CT's ICD-10 map module targets `finding`/`disorder` concepts almost exclusively; substance concepts (e.g. paracetamol 384977007) typically have no map rows. The response includes a `note` explaining when zero maps is the expected SNOMED behavior, so callers don't mistake an empty list for a bug.
search_active_ingredientsSearch TITCK's `Etkin Madde Listesi` — the **active-ingredient REGISTRATION PIPELINE** (ingredients in the open TR licensing process). Each row carries an `application_count` (also surfaced as `product_count` for backwards compatibility) which is the number of distinct authorization applications currently on file for that ingredient. NOTE: presence here is a pipeline signal — it does NOT mean the ingredient is approved or available on the TR market. For currently-authorized products use search_drugs / get_drug; for withdrawn ones use search_authorization_cancellations.
find_active_ingredients_for_drugGiven a TITCK barcode or master record id, link the product to entries in the `Etkin Madde Listesi` registration-pipeline list using its ingredient names. A non-empty link means the product's ingredient is currently in TR licensing pipeline (open dossier); an empty link is normal for fully settled / long-approved ingredients.
search_foreign_active_ingredientsSearch TITCK's foreign / import active-ingredient list (Yurt Dışı Etkin Madde). Includes ATC code, ICD-10 indications, and usage conditions.
find_foreign_active_ingredients_for_drugGiven a TITCK barcode or master record id, find related foreign / import active-ingredient records via ingredient or ATC matches.
search_reference_pricesSearch TITCK's reference-based drug price list (Referans Bazlı İlaç Fiyat Listesi). Returns product, holder, and reference source price in EUR (GKF).
find_reference_prices_for_drugGiven a TITCK barcode or master record id, link the product to TITCK's reference price list via product-name evidence.
search_off_label_usesSearch TITCK's oncology off-label use list (Endikasyon Dışı İlaç Kullanımı). Filterable by diagnosis, drug (active ingredient), or organ category sheet.
find_off_label_uses_for_drugGiven a TITCK barcode or master record id, link the product to oncology off-label use rows via active-ingredient or SNOMED evidence.
search_regulation_article23Search TITCK's Regulation Article 23 applications log (Madde 23 Uygulamaları). Multi-year history of exemption applications.
find_regulation_article23_for_drugGiven a TITCK barcode or master record id, link the product to Regulation Article 23 application records via barcode, auth number, or product name.

find_batch_release_certificates_for_drugGiven a TITCK barcode or master record id, link the product to batch release certificate records via product name, auth number, or holder.
search_scheduling_recordsSearch TITCK's monthly scheduling list (Takvimlendirme Listesi). Snapshot of active ingredients with pending applications.
find_scheduling_records_for_drugGiven a TITCK barcode or master record id, find scheduling list rows that mention the product's active ingredients.
search_institutional_feesSearch TITCK's institutional services fee schedule (Kurum Hizmetleri Fiyat Tarifesi). Regulatory application + lab analysis fees in TRY.
get_ingredient_snomed_mapLook up a TITCK active-ingredient name against the canonical SNOMED CT substance map produced by the nightly pipeline. Returns every concept the matcher confidently associated with that ingredient (with score + source).
list_unmapped_ingredientsReturn canonical TITCK ingredients with no confident SNOMED CT match. Useful for data-quality audits — paginated; includes sample raw input names and the best-available match score per ingredient.
get_dataset_overlapReturn Jaccard / coverage rows between TITCK datasets. With no args, returns the full matrix across every comparison field; pass `slug_a` / `slug_b` to narrow to a dataset or pair, and `field` (e.g. 'barcode', 'active_ingredient') to filter the comparison axis.
find_foreign_drugs_for_icd10Reverse lookup on the foreign / import active-ingredient list (Yurt Dışı Etkin Madde Listesi): given an ICD-10 code (e.g. 'G70.2'), return foreign ingredients officially approved for that indication.
summarize_substanceComposite single-call summary of a SNOMED CT substance concept: SNOMED FSN + preferred term + ICD-10 maps + count of TITCK products containing the substance + top-5 ATC codes used + 3 sample products. Replaces 4 separate lookups (concept, ICD-10, ATC, products).
find_shared_substance_peersList other TITCK products that share at least one SNOMED CT substance concept with the source product. Use this to surface duplicate-therapy / polypharmacy candidates and substitution peers. NOT a clinical drug-drug interaction database — only a substance-overlap signal. Always verify true DDIs via a licensed pharmacology source (Lexicomp, UpToDate, DrugBank).
find_drug_drug_interactionsDEPRECATED ALIAS — use `find_shared_substance_peers` instead. The former name was misleading: this tool is a substance-overlap precursor, NOT a clinical DDI database. Behaviour is identical to find_shared_substance_peers.
get_atc_class_summaryAggregate snapshot of an ATC class (prefix or exact code, e.g. 'N02BE' or 'J01CR'). Returns product count, in-market vs passive split, price spread (min/avg/median/max TRY), top-5 holders, prescription-code breakdown, manufacture-origin split, and top-5 SNOMED substances.
get_withdrawal_trendYear-over-year aggregation of TITCK authorization cancellations. Returns total, by-year buckets, top holders by cancellation count, and manufacture-origin split. Use year_from / year_to to narrow the window.
compare_drug_to_alternativesCompare a TITCK product to its same-substance + same-ATC peers. Returns the source record plus a unified alternatives list with price delta, manufacture origin, holder, in-market, and reimbursement status. Useful for buyer / pharmacist substitution decisions.
get_holder_portfolioMarketing-authorization-holder roll-up: matched holder name variants, total + in-market product counts, top-10 ATC classes by product count, and a paginated top-products list. Substring match is case- and diacritic-insensitive.
search_holdersSearch the canonical marketing-authorization-holder (firma) store. Each hit is a deduplicated firm collapsed across all spelling variants (e.g. 'DEVA HOLDİNG A.Ş.', 'DEVA HOLDING' → one Holder). Filter by has_in_market or min_products to focus on active firms.
get_holderFetch a canonical Holder by holder_id (e.g. 'holder::abc123def456') or by exact alias text (case-sensitive — preserves Turkish typography). Returns full entity with GLN, VAT, alias list, product / in-market / ATC class counts.
find_holder_by_aliasReverse lookup: any spelling variant → canonical Holder. Tries exact alias match first, then falls back to canonicalization. Use this to resolve 'deva holding' / 'DEVA HOLDING' / 'DEVA HOLDİNG A.Ş.' to the same Holder entity.
list_holder_aliasesPaginated list of every observed spelling variant for a canonical Holder, with per-alias product counts. Useful for 'how is Pfizer spelled across the registry?'.
get_atc_hierarchyReturn the WHO-ATC parent / sibling / child set for an ATC code. Levels: 1 (anatomical), 3 (therapeutic), 4 (pharmacological subgroup), 5 (chemical subgroup), 7 (chemical substance). Useful for navigating competitive scope (e.g. 'L01FD' → all HER2 inhibitors).
get_price_historyReturn the price chain (FSF / depot / pharmacy / retail) plus the raw İŞLEM GEÇMİŞİ change-log and any per-date FSF columns from the source detailed_price_list row. Snapshots are ordered chronologically. NOTE: TITCK publishes only the latest detailed price row, so historical depth depends on what TITCK keeps on file at refresh time.
find_new_authorizations_sinceReturn master records whose `authorization_date` is on or after the given ISO date (YYYY-MM-DD). Optional `atc_prefix` narrows to one ATC class. Sorted newest-first. Use this for new-authorization surveillance.
find_first_in_classReturn the earliest authorization within an ATC class (prefix-matched) and the count of follow-on entries. Useful for first-in-class history and innovator-vs-follower differentiation.
compare_holdersSide-by-side comparison of two marketing-authorization holders' TR portfolios: shared and unique ATC classes, top-5 ATC concentrations, median retail price, in-market split. Routes through canonical Holder store so spelling variants resolve to one entity per side.
find_biosimilar_groupReturn same-SNOMED-substance peers ordered oldest-first; flag the earliest-authorized member as `is_likely_originator=true`. PROXY for biosimilar / originator detection — TITCK does not publish an explicit marker, so this is a heuristic derived from substance overlap and authorization_date. Verify against EMA / FDA historical record for clinical-grade decisions.
server_infoReturn server version and configuration summary.
