Use this for voice notifications, accessibility features, audio content generation, or building voice interfaces.
Returns: {audio (base64 MP3), language, duration}. No API key required — x402 micropayment $0.005/call on Base L2.
Requires a local install: run the server on your machine, then point your client at it.
