What it can do

  • Listar Vagas: Lists the company's job openings with their status and how many candidates each one has. Read-only. Use it to find a job id before looking at candidates or inviting someone.
  • Detalhar Vaga: Shows one job in detail, including the competencies Aya (the AI interviewer) evaluates and the weight of each — the criteria behind every candidate score. Read-only.
  • Listar Candidatos: Lists the candidates of a job with their interview score, profile fit and pipeline stage, highest score first. Read-only. Does NOT return phone, e-mail or résumé.

Aya is an AI recruiter that interviews candidates on WhatsApp (or by web link) in English, Spanish, German, French and Portuguese, and returns a score per competency with the exact quote from the conversation that supports it. The hiring decision always stays with a person.

This server brings Aya into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client — to read and to act:

Read (API key with mcp:read)

  • listar_vagas / detalhar_vaga — your jobs and the competencies Aya evaluates, with their weights
  • listar_candidatos / detalhar_candidato — candidates ranked by score, with the evidence behind each score (no phone, e-mail or resume)
  • resumo_do_recrutamento — the hiring funnel at a glance
  • planos_e_assinatura — your plan, usage this cycle, available plans and the link to upgrade (payment always happens on talpy.ai)

Act (add mcp:write to the key)

  • criar_vaga — create a job; Aya builds the competency rubric (draft by default, or publish right away)
  • entrevistar_candidato — add a candidate and have Aya send the interview invite by WhatsApp, or by e-mail with a web link

Every tool answers in your account's language, or in the one you ask for (language: en, es, de, fr, pt-BR, pt-PT).

The server address to paste into Claude settings:

  1. Open Claude (claude.ai or the desktop app).
  2. Go to Settings → Connectors.
  3. Click Add custom connector.
  4. Paste the server address copied below into Remote MCP server URL and click Add.
  5. In a chat, click + → Connectors and switch the new connector on.

Custom connectors are available on Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans (Free is limited to one). On Team and Enterprise an organization Owner adds the connector first under Organization settings → Connectors.

Authorization

After you click Add, a sign-in window for the service opens. Sign in with your own account and approve access. Claude never sees your password.

  1. Open ChatGPT in a browser (chatgpt.com). A Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu plan is required.
  2. Turn on developer mode once: Settings → Apps → Advanced settings → Developer mode.
  3. Open Settings → Connectors and click Create.
  4. Fill in the form: Name (anything), Description (one line about what the service does), MCP server URL (copy it below).
  5. Under Authentication choose OAuth if the service requires sign-in, otherwise None. Click Create.
  6. In a new chat open + → Apps/Connectors and enable the connector.

OpenAI has renamed this section before (Connectors → Apps/Plugins). If the label differs, search settings for "developer mode". On Business/Enterprise workspaces an admin must allow custom connectors first.

Authorization

On first use ChatGPT opens the service's sign-in window. Sign in and approve access.

Manually:

  1. In Cursor open Settings → Cursor Settings → MCP and click Add new global MCP server.
  2. Paste the JSON copied below into ~/.cursor/mcp.json (per project: .cursor/mcp.json in the repo root).
  3. Save the file. The server appears in the MCP list; authorize it there if asked.

Read-only: it never charges or changes the subscription — payment happens only in the dashboard.
criar_vagaCreates a new job opening in the company's Talpy account and generates the interview profile Aya will use (competencies and weights). By default the job is created as a DRAFT (not public); set publish=true to open it right away. Counts against the plan's open-job limit. Requires an API key with the mcp:write scope. Returns in a few seconds with the job id, its status, the dashboard link and profileStatus: "generating" means the full competency profile is still being built in the background (usually under a minute) — call detalhar_vaga later to see it.
entrevistar_candidatoAdds a candidate to a job and immediately invites them to an interview with Aya, the AI recruiter. SIDE EFFECTS: with a phone number it sends a real WhatsApp invite to the candidate; without a phone but with an e-mail it sends a real e-mail with the link to the web interview. Uses one interview from the company's balance when the interview happens. Requires an API key with the mcp:write scope. Only invite people who applied or agreed to be contacted. Returns candidateId, interviewId and the invite channel.
