| admin_publish_vdtv_capsule | Parse a VDTV draft note from hub.editorial_notes and publish it to hub.vdtv_editorial_capsules for injection into the verticaldrama.tv site on next regeneration. Also approves the note (status → active). Admin only. |
| admin_rebuild_vdtv | Trigger a verticaldrama.tv site rebuild + deploy via GitHub Actions (rebuild-vdtv workflow). Picks up any pending editorial capsules from hub.vdtv_editorial_capsules. Takes ~2 minutes. Admin only. |
| admin_send_daily_digest | Send the daily signal harvest digest email to Ludovic. Called by the Daily Signal Harvester Managed Agent at end of session. Admin only. |
| admin_ingest_text | Ingest a text snippet (e.g. a YouTube video title + description) into the signal pipeline: classify → extract → consensus → hub.signal_results. Used by YouTube Discovery and Daily Harvester to avoid raw HTTP calls. Admin only. |
| admin_discover_sources | Run Exa-powered source discovery across all silos. Searches for new publications, newsletters, and blogs not yet in hub.rss_feeds. Inserts candidates into hub.sources_candidates for admin review. Also runs automatically every Friday at 8h UTC. Admin only. |
| sr_reject_note | Reject an editorial note with a free-text reason (>= 10 chars). Does NOT delete — sets status=rejected so the corpus becomes learning memory for brief-generator. Admin only. |
| admin_send_weekly_brief | Send the weekly editorial brief email to Ludovic via Resend. Called by the Brief Generator Managed Agent at the end of its session. Admin only. |
| sr_get_rejection_context | Returns the N most recent rejected editorial notes (with reasons) and the N most recent published SR articles. Used by the brief-generator agent to avoid repetition and learn from rejection patterns. Interpret rejections as learning inputs, not hard constraints — the corpus evolves. Admin only. |
| sr_get_cluster | Get a unified thematic cluster: notes (active/draft) + recent signal_results + published SR articles + editorial sources. Pass `tag` to filter by note tag, OR `note_ids` to seed graph traversal via linked_notes. Returns grouped markdown by default (compact); pass format=full for raw rows. Admin only. |

| qa_answer | Answer a natural-language question using curated datapoints. Uses semantic search (vector embeddings) with keyword fallback. Never invents data — returns "Not found" if no matches. Default format=markdown returns slim datapoints (citation fields only); pass format=full for raw rows including metadata. |
| get_schema_info | Discover available categories, company types, and data years for a report silo. Run this before querying datapoints or companies to know what filters are available. |
| intel_detect_trends | Detect trends in datapoints: metrics with multiple years showing growth/decline/stability. Returns direction, growth rate, and anomalies (>2 sigma). Requires API key. |
| get_data_provenance | Trace the provenance chain for a datapoint: primary source, linked sources, confidence chain, citation-ready string, and related historical datapoints. Requires entitlement. |
| get_confidence_audit | Audit data quality for a report: confidence distribution, stale count, sourceless datapoints, and recommendations. Requires entitlement. |
