| count_sms_parts | Count SMS parts Count GSM-7/UCS-2 segments for a message body and estimate cost without sending. Polish diacritics force UCS-2 (70 chars/part). Call this before send_sms. |
| send_sms | Send SMS Send an SMS to one number, a list (max 500), or a contact group. Charges prepaid balance (parts × account rate). Call count_sms_parts first, then wait for explicit user confirmation — this is a real billed send. |
| send_voice | Send voice (TTS) Place a Polish text-to-speech call (max 600 characters; lectors ewa, jacek, jan, maja). Charges prepaid balance. Wait for explicit user confirmation before calling. |
| get_message | Get message Fetch one message by id (msg_…). Returns delivery status, cost and error if any. Use after send_sms or list_messages. |
