Returns a structured `verdict`: 'verified' (signature confirmed in some source), 'not_found_anywhere' (all sources answered cleanly with no match — strong signal of non-existence, not absolute), 'uncertain' (at least one external source errored: timeout, rate-limit, block — cannot rule it out), or 'invalid_signature' (the input clearly is not a Polish court signature). Also returns `checked_sources` listing what was tried and the per-source status (hit / miss / error / skipped). IMPORTANT: a 'not_found_anywhere' verdict is a strong negative but NOT a guarantee — Trybunał Konstytucyjny is not checked, and very old or low-court rulings may not be indexed by any public source. An 'uncertain' verdict means we genuinely could not check — never treat it as either confirmation or denial. |

CRITICAL — read the WHOLE article, not just ust. 1. The response includes a `clauses` array, one entry per ustęp (some with nested punkty/litery). When the question asks for a specific number (limit, próg, kwota, termin, %), the answer is OFTEN NOT in ust. 1. Example: art. 148 PZP — ust. 1 says 'zamawiający może ograniczyć liczbę wykonawców', but the actual minimum (=3) is in ust. 2: 'liczba ta nie może być mniejsza niż 3'. Mismatching ust. 1 vs ust. 2/3 is the most common failure mode. Scan every clause for max/min/przeliczany/co najmniej/nie mniej wording before committing to an answer. |
