Plott MCP is a remote Model Context Protocol server for UK construction, property and planning teams. After OAuth, compatible clients can search live planning applications, inspect nearby context, and use the same workspace tools as the Plott app: pipeline, saved searches, letters and human-approved outreach. It is not a council portal and does not file applications.
