How to connect korea-invoice-mcp to Claude

  1. Open Claude (claude.ai or the desktop app).
  2. Go to Settings → Connectors.
  3. Click Add custom connector.
  4. Paste the server address copied below into Remote MCP server URL and click Add.
  5. In a chat, click + → Connectors and switch the new connector on.

Custom connectors are available on Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans (Free is limited to one). On Team and Enterprise an organization Owner adds the connector first under Organization settings → Connectors.

Authorization

After you click Add, a sign-in window for the service opens. Sign in with your own account and approve access. Claude never sees your password.

How to connect korea-invoice-mcp to ChatGPT

  1. Open ChatGPT in a browser (chatgpt.com). A Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu plan is required.
  2. Turn on developer mode once: Settings → Apps → Advanced settings → Developer mode.
  3. Open Settings → Connectors and click Create.
  4. Fill in the form: Name (anything), Description (one line about what the service does), MCP server URL (copy it below).
  5. Under Authentication choose OAuth if the service requires sign-in, otherwise None. Click Create.
  6. In a new chat open + → Apps/Connectors and enable the connector.

OpenAI has renamed this section before (Connectors → Apps/Plugins). If the label differs, search settings for "developer mode". On Business/Enterprise workspaces an admin must allow custom connectors first.

Authorization

On first use ChatGPT opens the service's sign-in window. Sign in and approve access.

create_invoiceIssue a Korean 전자세금계산서 (electronic tax invoice) in ONE step (registIssue = 즉시발행) through POPBiLL, and register it. The invoice is issued to the buyer immediately; POPBiLL transmits it to 국세청 (NTS / National Tax Service) automatically the NEXT day (익일전송) unless you call send_to_nts to force it now. The invoicer (seller) 사업자번호, name and CEO come from you; the buyer (invoicee) and the line items come in the arguments. 부가세 (VAT) is computed for you server-side: taxType 과세 = 10% (per-line tax = floor(supplyCost x 0.1), 원 단위 절사), 영세/면세 = 0. A unique 문서관리번호 (mgt_key) is generated automatically if you do not pass one (rule: "K" + base36 timestamp + random, uppercased, <=24 chars, unique per business). Returns the mgt_key and the assigned ntsConfirmNum (국세청 승인번호). Returns the document stateCode and a readable state: 200 발행완료 (issued), 300 국세청 전송대기 (queued for NTS — next-day auto-send unless send_to_nts is called), 320 국세청 전송완료 (NTS transmission succeeded — terminal success), 330 국세청 전송실패 (failed), 400 발행취소 (cancelled), plus the ntsConfirmNum, issue/NTS-send timestamps and totals. send_to_ntsFORCE immediate 국세청 (NTS) transmission of an already-issued 전자세금계산서 — POST /Taxinvoice/{MgtKeyType}/{MgtKey} (override NTS). Normally POPBiLL transmits an issued invoice to NTS automatically the NEXT DAY (익일전송); call this only when you need it sent to the tax authority right now instead of waiting for the next-day batch. It does NOT issue the invoice (create_invoice already did that) and does NOT change the invoice content. Returns whether NTS transmission was accepted; poll query_invoice for stateCode 320 (전송완료).
