- Mark Attest: Attest a trademark first-use by text + brand owner DID. Records dual-signed attestation with first_user flag.
- Mark By Text: Lookup all attestations for a mark text. Reveals first_user (priority winner) and conflict list.
- Mark By Owner: List all marks attested by an owner DID.

Attest trademark first-use with a dual-signed cryptographic receipt. Ed25519 + ML-DSA-65 (FIPS 204) envelope records mark_text + brand_owner_did + first-use timestamp on Base 8453. Reveals priority winner on any mark conflict. Part of Hive Civilization (thehiveryiq.com).
