Read your org's career frameworks, competencies, goals, evaluations, and project tasks as live context in Claude Desktop, Cursor, or any MCP client.
Tools (read-only): get_frameworks, get_competencies, get_career_path, get_employee_summary, get_org_overview, get_tasks, get_projects.
Auth: per-organisation API key. Generate one in Harmny under Settings > Intelligence > MCP Keys and send it as Authorization: Bearer (or X-Harmny-Api-Key: through gateways that reserve the Authorization header). Details: https://harmny.ai/auth.md

| get_org_overview | Get high-level org metrics including headcount, department breakdown, and performance indicators. |
| get_tasks | List tasks in the org. Filter by projectId, assigneeId, statusCategory, or priority. Returns up to 100 tasks. |
| get_projects | List spaces and their active projects in the org. Optionally filter to one space. |
