Feasibility studies for business ideas.
What it can do
- List Projects: List every feasibility-study project owned by the authenticated user.
- Get Project: Read the full data (overview, assumptions, cost/revenue line items, ingredients & recipes, market sizing, competitor benchmark) for one project you own.
- Describe Categories: The catalog every project draws from: each cost/revenue category's id, what it's for, whether it's capex/opex/revenue, its depreciation life, and its columns (the exact field name

No: the server works without sign-in
Feasibility studies for business ideas. Your AI builds the study, a tested engine computes break-even, NPV and IRR, so the numbers are not guessed.
How to connect
How to connect foundation to Claude
The server address to paste into Claude settings:
https://foundation--mr-mirafzall.run.tools
- Open Claude (claude.ai or the desktop app).
- Go to Settings → Connectors.
- Click Add custom connector.
- Paste the server address copied below into Remote MCP server URL and click Add.
- In a chat, click + → Connectors and switch the new connector on.
Custom connectors are available on Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans (Free is limited to one). On Team and Enterprise an organization Owner adds the connector first under Organization settings → Connectors.
Authorization
After you click Add, a sign-in window for the service opens. Sign in with your own account and approve access. Claude never sees your password.
How to connect foundation to ChatGPT
The server address to paste into ChatGPT settings:
https://foundation--mr-mirafzall.run.tools
- Open ChatGPT in a browser (chatgpt.com). A Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu plan is required.
- Turn on developer mode once: Settings → Apps → Advanced settings → Developer mode.
- Open Settings → Connectors and click Create.
- Fill in the form: Name (anything), Description (one line about what the service does), MCP server URL (copy it below).
- Under Authentication choose OAuth if the service requires sign-in, otherwise None. Click Create.
- In a new chat open + → Apps/Connectors and enable the connector.
OpenAI has renamed this section before (Connectors → Apps/Plugins). If the label differs, search settings for "developer mode". On Business/Enterprise workspaces an admin must allow custom connectors first.
Authorization
On first use ChatGPT opens the service's sign-in window. Sign in and approve access.
How to connect foundation to Cursor
The server address to paste into Cursor settings:
https://foundation--mr-mirafzall.run.tools
Fastest: click Open in Cursor below and confirm the prompt.
Manually:
- In Cursor open Settings → Cursor Settings → MCP and click Add new global MCP server.
- Paste the JSON copied below into
~/.cursor/mcp.json(per project:.cursor/mcp.jsonin the repo root). - Save the file. The server appears in the MCP list; authorize it there if asked.
Authorization
If the service needs sign-in, an authorize button appears next to the server in the MCP list.
Server tool list (16)
Raw names from tools/list. Only developers need these.
| list_projects | List every feasibility-study project owned by the authenticated user. |
| get_project | Read the full data (overview, assumptions, cost/revenue line items, ingredients & recipes, market sizing, competitor benchmark) for one project you own. |
| describe_categories | The catalog every project draws from: each cost/revenue category's id, what it's for, whether it's capex/opex/revenue, its depreciation life, and its columns (the exact field names update_line_items expects, with type and unit; computed columns are derived and don't need to be sent). Also lists the business-type presets (which categories each pre-selects) and which categories are always on. Call this before filling a category you haven't seen rows for yet. Units shown as "Rial" mean the project's own currency. |
| compute_feasibility | Run the real feasibility engine on a project's data and return investment, revenue, profit, ROI, payback, break-even, NPV, IRR, and (when at least one Products & Revenue row is priced as a subscription) SaaS health metrics: LTV, CAC, LTV:CAC, CAC payback, burn multiple, Rule of 40, and runway. Pass assumptionOverrides to try a hypothetical revenue growth / discount rate / customer churn, and/or lineItemOverrides to try different rows for whole categories (e.g. a new price and the volume you expect at that price in 'revenue', or a cheaper lease in 'rent-lease'), without changing the saved project (the same idea as the dashboard's what-if sliders). Read-only either way: nothing is ever saved by this tool. |
| compute_scenarios | Scenario planning: run the feasibility engine three times (Worst case; Base, the project's actual saved assumptions unchanged; and Best case) and return all three side by side. A lighter alternative to Monte Carlo: three named, concrete stories instead of probability distributions. worst/best only need the fields you want to override; anything you omit defaults to a reasonable starting point (half revenue growth / +5pp discount rate / +5pp churn for Worst, 1.5x growth / -3pp discount rate / -5pp churn for Best, all relative to the project's saved assumptions). Call get_project first to see the saved assumptions those defaults are computed from. Read-only: nothing is saved. |
| create_project | Create a new feasibility-study project. businessType pre-selects a starting set of cost categories (not permanent; categories can be toggled any time): production, tech-startup, restaurant, coffee-shop, retail, service, or custom. |
| delete_project | Permanently delete a project and everything in it. This cannot be undone. Confirm with the user before calling this. |
| update_overview | Update one or more fields of a project's Overview section (product name, capacity, site, energy consumption, etc.). Only the fields you pass are changed. Everything else in overview stays as it was. |
| update_assumptions | Update one or more financial assumptions (tax rate, discount rate, revenue growth, customer churn, working capital months, projection horizon, energy tariffs, depreciation overrides). Only the fields you pass are changed. |
| update_line_items | Replace every row in one cost/revenue category (e.g. 'raw-materials', 'human-resources', 'revenue', 'rent-lease') with the given rows. This replaces the whole category's rows, the same way editing the table in the wizard does. To change one row, include every row you want kept, not just the one you're changing. Use get_project first to see the current rows, and describe_categories for each category's exact field names. Unknown field names are rejected. |
| set_active_categories | Turn cost categories on or off for this project (e.g. add 'cloud-hosting', drop 'machinery'). Turning a category off keeps its data but excludes it from totals. It isn't deleted. Only pass the array(s) you want to change; omit the other to leave it as-is. |
| update_cost_split | Set the fixed-vs-variable percentage for one or more cost categories (id + fixedPct, 0-100). Only the ids you pass are changed; every other category's split stays as it was. |
| update_ingredients_recipes | Replace the ingredient list and/or recipe list (restaurant/coffee-shop style projects, where raw-material cost is derived from recipes x sales volume rather than entered by hand). Only pass the array(s) you want to change. |
| update_competitor_benchmark | Replace the project's Competitor Benchmark grid: competitors as rows, features as columns, and for each competitor the ids of the features it has. This replaces the whole grid, the same way editing the table in the wizard does, so include everything you want kept (get_project returns the current grid as competitorBenchmark). Ids are any unique strings you choose, e.g. "f1" / "c1"; keep existing ids when editing. Reference data only: it never changes the feasibility numbers. |
| update_market_sizing | Set the project's market sizing: the customer unit and geography, and for TAM, SAM and SOM an annual value in the project's currency, how it was calculated (basis, e.g. "12,400 cafés x 3,100/yr") and its source. Only the fields you pass change. Each level should fit inside the one above it (SOM <= SAM <= TAM). Reference data only: it never changes the feasibility numbers. |
| generate_business_plan | Draft a business plan with Foundation's own low-cost model (the same as the app's Generate button). It is saved on the project as a Word file the founder can download from the Business Plan step, and its text becomes the project's current business plan. If you are a capable model yourself, prefer writing the plan directly: read get_project and compute_feasibility and follow the business-plan-writer skill (github.com/mamarexa/foundation-skills), which produces a stronger plan and a Word file from the same numbers. |
