Gives your assistant the real numbers on forming a US LLC: official filing fees, recurring annual-report and franchise-tax costs, and deadline math for all 50 states plus DC — every figure carrying its Secretary-of-State source URL. Checks business-name availability in Wyoming and Delaware. Can also start a formation order, which a human specialist reviews and files. Free, no API key.
Read-only for everything except starting an order. Name checks are live for Wyoming and Delaware only; other states return "unsupported" rather than a guess. No AI files with a Secretary of State.
