- AI chat (RAG) — ask questions across a whole workspace with citations
- Sharing & portals — send, receive, or exchange files with password protection and expiration
- Webhooks — real-time notifications for file events
- Ownership transfer — agents can build a workspace, then hand it off to a human who keeps the agent's admin access
