    Read-only MCP server for Northern Cyprus (KKTC/TRNC) property. Twelve tools — search active sale and long-term-rental listings, asking-price index by city and district, city comparison, listing detail, currency conversion from stored dated FX rates, and a valid city/district dictionary — served live from evlek.app, where every listing is publisher-verified. Median and percentile asking prices, price per square metre, and the cleaned sample size behind each number are printed together, and an aggregate is withheld rather than shown when the sample is too small. No valuations, forecasts, rental-yield estimates, investment recommendations, or legal, tax and title-deed advice, and no tool that produces them.
