CSV parsing API for AI agents. Convert CSV data to JSON array with auto-detection of delimiter (comma, semicolon, tab, pipe). Header row support, type inference, and clean structured output.

Use this for data import, ETL pipelines, spreadsheet processing, or converting tabular data for API consumption.
Returns: {data[], headers[], rowCount, delimiter}. No API key required — x402 micropayment $0.001/call on Base L2.
Requires a local install: run the server on your machine, then point your client at it.
