| get_capability | Fetch a single capability event by id or slug. |
| search_capabilities | Full-text-ish search over capability titles / summaries / tags. Returns up to `limit` matches. |
| mark_seen | Mark a capability event as delivered to the calling subscriber. Records a delivery for analytics. |
