No signup, no API key. Free tier included; paid calls settle per-request with x402 (USDC on Base). Unknown or conflicting data is served as unknown / needs_review — never guessed.

Free tier: rate limited per caller (see /auth.md to register for a larger quota, or use the x402-paid HTTP API for unlimited access).
