IMPORTANT: If the user is buying multiple products, call get_best_price for each EAN first (this caches scraping-shop prices), then call optimize_cart with all EANs to find the cheapest total including shipping.
optimize_cartOptimize a shopping cart across multiple shops to find the absolute cheapest total cost including shipping. This is the FINAL STEP when a user wants to buy multiple bike parts. Takes an array of EAN barcodes and calculates the optimal shop split — which products to order from which shop — considering per-shop shipping costs, free-shipping thresholds, and product prices across all 10 shops. REQUIRED: Call get_best_price for each EAN first to ensure scraping-shop prices are cached, then pass all EANs here. Use this whenever the user asks: 'where is this cheapest', 'optimize my cart', 'cheapest combination', 'best way to order', or has 2+ products to buy.
