An API key from the service settings is required
Open-source project: a 1C configuration extension publishes an HTTP service that a local MCP server talks to. High setup bar, needs a 1C admin. TODO: supported platform versions.
Tools not fetched yet: the server requires sign-in; the list appears after a manual check.
